Does it replace Uber or Lyft?

No. HotRoute is a separate, independent app — it isn't affiliated with Uber or Lyft and doesn't connect to your driver account. You still take and drive rides in your usual app; HotRoute just helps you decide where to head between trips.

Will it be free?

HotRoute will be a paid app. Live AI analysis and the cloud infrastructure behind it have real running costs, and the subscription covers them — priced to earn drivers back well beyond what it costs. Full pricing will be shared at launch.
